Delete Account
MyFuntasy lets you delete your account directly from inside the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete Your Account in the App
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Open MyFuntasy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings by tapping the settings icon in the app.
- Select Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- When the confirmation dialog appears, review the warning and tap Delete.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your MyFuntasy account is permanently deleted from Firebase Authentication.
- Your user profile and account data stored under your user record are deleted.
- Your private fantasies, saved app data, push notification tokens, and user subcollections are deleted with your user record.
- If you are connected as a couple, the pair connection is removed and the other user is disconnected from that pair.
- You are signed out of the app after deletion completes.
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, or abuse prevention purposes. Public or moderated submissions may be retained, removed, or anonymized depending on their status and our safety obligations.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you cannot sign in, cannot open the app, or account deletion fails, contact us at myfuntasyapp@gmail.com.
Please include:
- The email address or phone number linked to your MyFuntasy account.
- A short description of the problem.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, or private fantasies by email.
Processing Time
In-app deletion is usually processed immediately. Email requests are reviewed manually and may require identity verification before deletion can be completed.
