MyFuntasy is a private app for couples to explore mood, ideas, personal fantasies, and playful intimate choices together. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

MyFuntasy is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. Do not use the app if you are under 18.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use MyFuntasy, we may collect the following types of information:

Account information, such as your email address, phone number if you use phone sign-in, Google sign-in identifiers, and Firebase user ID.
Couple and app data, such as pairing status, pair identifiers, app settings, saved ideas, ratings, mood choices, and in-app preferences.
User content, such as fantasies, personal notes, public idea submissions, reports, feedback, and other content you choose to enter in the app.
Device and technical data, such as push notification tokens, app version, device information, language, region, and diagnostic data needed to operate the service.
Subscription or purchase status, when premium features are used. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and we do not receive your full payment card details.

2. Permissions

Camera access may be used for QR scanning and pairing features. We do not use the camera unless you choose to open a feature that needs it.
Notification permission may be used to send reminders, app updates, or couple-related notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

3. How We Use Information

To create and authenticate your account.
To provide private couple features, syncing, saved content, idea discovery, and app personalization.
To send notifications you allow.
To review reports, moderate public submissions, prevent abuse, and keep the service safe.
To provide support, troubleshoot issues, analyze app performance, and improve MyFuntasy.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Private and Public Content

Content you save for yourself or your couple is designed to stay available only to authorized users in that account or pair. Public submissions, reports, and feedback may be reviewed for moderation, support, and safety purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

MyFuntasy uses trusted third-party services to operate the app. These may include:

Google Firebase for authentication, cloud database, cloud functions, hosting, and messaging.
Google Sign-In when you choose to sign in with Google.
Google AdMob for advertising, if ads are shown in the app.
Google ML Kit for language identification or translation features when those features are used.
Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and refunds.

6. Advertising

The app may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers and ad-related information according to your platform settings and consent choices. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only when needed to operate MyFuntasy, use the third-party services listed above, comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, prevent abuse, or defend our rights.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support users, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the app from abuse.

You can request account deletion in the app or by contacting us. After deletion, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized unless we are required to keep limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

9. Your Choices

You can update or delete content inside the app where these controls are available.
You can disable notifications, camera access, or advertising identifiers in your device settings.
You can request account deletion or privacy support by emailing us.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. International Processing

The services we use may process and store information in countries other than your own. By using MyFuntasy, you understand that your information may be processed where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are important, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or website.
