These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MyFuntasy. By creating an account, opening the app, or using any MyFuntasy feature, you agree to these Terms.

MyFuntasy is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may not use the app.

1. About MyFuntasy

MyFuntasy is a private app for couples to explore mood, ideas, personal fantasies, and playful intimate choices together. The app may include private couple features, public idea discovery, saved content, randomizers, notifications, and optional premium features.

2. Eligibility and Consent

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyFuntasy.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the app is legal where you live.
Any real-world activity inspired by the app must involve adults who freely and clearly consent.
MyFuntasy must not be used to pressure, threaten, manipulate, harass, or exploit another person.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us.

4. User Content

You may create, save, submit, or share content in the app. You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant MyFuntasy the limited right to store, process, display, moderate, and transmit that content as needed to provide the app.

You are responsible for the content you add to the app and for making sure you have the right to use it.

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not use MyFuntasy to create, submit, request, promote, or share content or behavior that:

Involves minors or appears to involve minors in any sexual, intimate, exploitative, or suggestive context.
Promotes non-consensual acts, coercion, sexual violence, abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or harassment.
Encourages illegal activity or violates the rights of another person.
Contains hate, threats, targeted abuse, doxxing, or malicious impersonation.
Contains spam, scams, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Attempts to bypass moderation, security, payment, or access controls.

6. Public Submissions and Moderation

Some features may allow users to submit ideas, comments, reports, or other content for public or curated areas. We may review, edit, reject, remove, or limit content at our discretion, especially when it may violate these Terms, app store rules, safety standards, or applicable law.

7. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features may require a purchase or subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their own terms and policies. MyFuntasy does not process your full payment card details directly.

8. App Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change parts of MyFuntasy at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

MyFuntasy, including its name, design, software, branding, logo, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse any part of the app except as allowed by law or by these Terms.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to MyFuntasy if we believe you violated these Terms, created safety risks, misused the service, or used the app in a way that could cause legal, technical, or reputational harm.

11. No Professional Advice

MyFuntasy is for entertainment, relationship exploration, and personal organization. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or relationship advice. You are responsible for your own choices and real-world actions.

12. Disclaimer

MyFuntasy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will meet every expectation, remain uninterrupted, or be free from errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFuntasy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are important, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or website. Continued use of MyFuntasy after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
