End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to your download, installation, access, and use of MyFuntasy. MyFuntasy is licensed to you, not sold.

This page is intended to keep the Apple App Store EULA and the MyFuntasy EULA aligned. For Apple App Store users, Apple's Standard EULA applies and is incorporated by reference: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These MyFuntasy-specific terms apply in addition to that Standard EULA and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. App and Provider

App name: MyFuntasy. MyFuntasy is a private app for adults and couples to share moods, save personal wishes, explore curated prompts, and organize private relationship content in a safer two-person space.

2. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded MyFuntasy from the Apple App Store, your license is subject to Apple's Standard EULA unless Apple or App Store Connect displays another EULA for the app. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement for Apple-distributed copies of MyFuntasy and may enforce it where applicable.

These MyFuntasy-specific terms do not replace Apple's Standard EULA for App Store users. If there is a conflict for an Apple App Store copy, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple's terms.

3. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, the applicable app store rules, and your compliance with our Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MyFuntasy on devices you own or control.

4. Age Requirement and Consent

MyFuntasy is intended only for adults aged 18 and older.
You may not use the app if you are under 18.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the app is legal where you live.
Any real-world activity inspired by the app must involve adults who freely and clearly consent.
The app must not be used to pressure, threaten, manipulate, harass, or exploit another person.

5. License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law allows it.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the app.
Use the app to build a competing product or service.
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, payment, moderation, access, or technical limits.
Use the app in a way that violates applicable law, app store rules, this Agreement, or our Terms of Use.

6. Ownership

MyFuntasy, including its software, interface, logo, visual design, features, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights to you.

7. User Content

You keep ownership of content you create or submit in MyFuntasy. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, display, transmit, and moderate that content as needed to operate the app, provide support, maintain safety, and enforce our Terms of Use.

You are responsible for the content you add to the app and for making sure you have the right to use it.

8. Prohibited Content and Safety

You may not use MyFuntasy to create, submit, request, promote, or share content or behavior that:

Involves minors or appears to involve minors in any sexual, intimate, exploitative, or suggestive context.
Promotes non-consensual acts, coercion, sexual violence, abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or harassment.
Encourages illegal activity or violates another person's rights.
Contains hate, threats, targeted abuse, doxxing, malicious impersonation, spam, scams, or malware.
Attempts to bypass moderation, security, payment, or access controls.

9. Premium Features and Subscriptions

MyFuntasy may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other paid features, including Premium monthly and Premium yearly plans. Subscription titles, durations, current prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the app and by the store before purchase.

App Store purchases are billed by Apple and managed through your Apple account. Google Play purchases are billed by Google and managed through your Google Play account. We do not process your full payment card details directly. Cancellations and refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase, subject to that store's rules.

10. Third-Party Services

MyFuntasy may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Google ML Kit, the App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

11. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, or new features. Some updates may be required for the app to continue working correctly. We may also change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.

12. Support, Maintenance, and Claims

We are responsible for MyFuntasy support and maintenance to the extent required by applicable law and this Agreement. App store providers are not responsible for providing support or maintenance for MyFuntasy except where their own terms or applicable law require otherwise.

If a third party claims that MyFuntasy or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, contact us at myfuntasyapp@gmail.com.

13. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will end automatically if you violate it. We may also suspend or terminate access as described in the Terms of Use. After termination, you must stop using the app and delete any copies from your devices.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyFuntasy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every user expectation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use MyFuntasy.
