End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") explains the license granted to you when you download, install, access, or use MyFuntasy. MyFuntasy is licensed to you, not sold.

This Agreement applies together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement and the app store rules that apply to your device, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MyFuntasy on devices you own or control.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law allows it.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the app.
Use the app to build a competing product or service.
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, payment, moderation, access, or technical limits.
Use the app in a way that violates applicable law, app store rules, or our Terms of Use.

3. Ownership

MyFuntasy, including its software, interface, logo, visual design, features, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights to you.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of content you create or submit in MyFuntasy. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, display, transmit, and moderate that content as needed to operate the app, provide support, and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, or new features. Some updates may be required for the app to continue working correctly. We may also change, limit, or discontinue features when needed.

6. Third-Party Services

MyFuntasy may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Google ML Kit, the App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If MyFuntasy offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the store where you made the purchase.

8. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will end automatically if you violate it. We may also suspend or terminate access as described in the Terms of Use. After termination, you must stop using the app and delete any copies from your devices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyFuntasy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every user expectation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use MyFuntasy.

11. App Store Terms

If you downloaded MyFuntasy from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms. The store provider is not responsible for providing support, maintenance, warranty, claims, or liability for MyFuntasy, except where required by its own terms or applicable law.
