Before Contacting Support
- Update MyFuntasy to the latest version available in the App Store.
- Close and reopen the app, then confirm that your device has an internet connection.
- For purchase access, use the restore purchases option while signed in to the original store account.
- Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or private couple content.
